I captured this photo in Colorado's Indian Peaks wilderness area, while on a hike up to Lake Isabelle. I walked passed this view and it stuck in my mind for a few minutes. I normally wouldn't take a photo with the sun in this positions and this kind of light, but I had to go back to at least captured the view for myself. It was such a stunning scene and I'm so glad I went back to capture it.
