By the time your print arrives to you, I have gone through a very stringent process to make sure it is what you ordered and of the highest quality. I stand firmly behind the quality of our photographic prints and offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied with your print purchase, I will provide a full refund provided the print is returned in pristine, unused condition. If you need to return the print, contact me within 7 days of receiving your print. I will give you my shipping address and you will need ship the print back to me with a tracking number.​

High quality measures are taken so this doesn't happen. In the very rare case that is does, please report the damage to me immediately when print is received. I will exchange prints.
